KOPcafé #5 | Kunst & duurzaamheid

Bij KOPcafés ontmoeten makers en publiek elkaar live, met als doel om elkaar (informeel) te inspireren, kennis te delen en te netwerken. We organiseren KOPcafés rond de thema’s Participatief werken in de kunsten, Duurzaamheid, Kunst in de Openbare Ruimte en over Publieksinteractie. En natuurlijk niet zonder een drankje en de enige echte KOPquiz!

In oktober organiseren we een KOPcafé met als thema Kunst & Duurzaamheid. Denk aan circulair werken, nieuwe manieren van energieopwekking en innovatieve ideeën om onze impact op de aarde te verkleinen. Dit project is aanleiding om een KOPcafé te wijden aan het thema duurzaamheid, omdat we alle inspiratie en kennis die we met de kunstenaars ontdekken ook graag delen met jullie.

Dit KOPcafe zal de hele dag duren, want we nemen je mee naar een bijzondere locatie waar een sterke nadruk ligt op ecologische kunst en duurzaamheid. Hier organiseren we een rondleiding en een aantal inspirerende sprekers vertellen hun verhaal. Eenmaal terug in Breda sluiten we af met een borrel.

Locatie, tijden, programma en deelnamekosten volgen binnenkort, maar noteer alvast deze datum. We beloven je dat dit er eentje is om niet te missen!

KOP organizes KOPcafés, live events where creators and audiences come together to inspire each other (informally), share knowledge, and network. Each KOPcafé is centered around a specific theme, such as Participatory Work in the Arts, Sustainability, Art in Public Spaces, and Audience Interaction. And, of course, no KOPcafé is complete without drinks and the iconic KOPquiz!

October 2025 – Art & Sustainability
The second KOPcafé of the year will explore the theme of Art & Sustainability. Think about circularity, innovative energy generation, and creative ideas to reduce our impact on the planet. This project serves as the inspiration for dedicating a KOPcafé to sustainability, as we are excited to share the insights and inspiration we’ve discovered alongside the participating artists.

This KOPcafé will be a full-day experience. We’ll take you to a unique location focused on ecological art and sustainability, where you’ll enjoy a guided tour and hear from several inspiring speakers. Back in Breda, we’ll wrap up the day with a networking drink.
